HOW TO RETURN
Thank you for shopping with Parti Galore Boutique!
Please note - SHOP PARTI GALORE BOUTIQUE only offers store credit.
Here are all the conditions and different options available so you can return your items.
CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN
Returns must be handled within the established period:

The item(s) must be received in its original condition and form with all labels and packaging, including the "Do not remove this tag" tag. Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of stains, odours or debris.

You must return to the same market/region where you purchased.
Items purchased from PARTI GALORE BOUTIQUE are eligible for store credit within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
To be eligible for credit, return items must be postmarked no later than 7 days from delivery.
Please note - The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order is filed in error or marked defective.
Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will be returned to the customer after a reshipment fee is completed. Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be shipped back to the customer.
ADDITIONAL:
A small assortment of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT returnable for store credit.
Please use the Store Credit Form that was shipped with your order.

Please be sure to include your order number and/or the store credit form with your return.
ADDITIONAL:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE & ACCESSORIES
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, returns and/or exchanges cannot be granted.
RETURNS RECEIVED
We will notify you via email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse.
Please note that returns may take 3-10 business days to process upon delivery to our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for store credit will be shipped back to the customer once a reshipment fee has been completed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
