SHIPPING POLICY

Team Partí Galore Boutique takes extreme pride in fulfilling and shipping orders for our loved customers.

Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. 

Orders shipped via UPS GROUND can take 5-7 days to arrive, pending the postal service in your area. 

We value you as a customer and are elated to see you in our latest pieces. 

Please note that Parti Galore Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS or additional shipping carriers (e.g., high-volume holidays like Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day).

Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/preorders are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Preorder Policy.

Partí Galore Boutique does not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Our office will be unavailable on the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Any orders placed on these days or after the cut-off on the day before will be processed the following business day.

Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high-volume season.

We will continue to ensure your Partí Galore Boutique order arrives to you as soon as possible.

Please ensure your address is wholly entered and correct to ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive the shipment within the published time frame.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to fulfil your request and change the address. If we cannot, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information the customer entered.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Parti Galore, you will be liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have yet to receive it, you must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Parti Galore is not responsible for the package(s) that show complete delivery.           

All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate, not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. Sometimes, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. 

Parti Galore is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
